House Call Physicians, P.C. is a medical group practice specializing in providing medical care at a patient’s home, senior apartment, assisted living, or congregate-living area. We service Medicare patients residing in the Southeastern Michigan tri-county area. Our group of physicians offers home-based treatment and diagnostics at the level of care patients or caregivers would expect to receive in an outpatient clinic.

House Call Physicians’ multi-specialty practice is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate medical care in the home. Our physicians specialize in chronic disease management, resulting in a significant reduction of emergency room visits, hospital stays and nursing home admissions.

Modern medical equipment has been miniaturized, enabling our physicians to offer hi-tech treatment and diagnostics at a patient’s bedside. House Call Physicians provides the same range of services a patient would expect from their office-based primary care physician.

Each morning, physicians and medical technicians meet at our central office to review charts and prepare for the day's schedule. The technician drives the physician to the house, assisting with diagnostic and surgical procedures. The physician completes the history and physical, conducts diagnostic procedures, and assesses the home environment. Problems are identified and acted upon immediately. Medications are ordered and adjusted. Medical orders to home care nurses are modified, then transmitted electronically. Clinical data is entered into a computer database. The patient’s caregiver is contacted. Medical treatment is coordinated across the entire continuum of care.
