Who arranges the appointment?

House calls may be requested by a patient, the patient's family, friend, physician, nurse, home health agency, or caregiver.

When are visits scheduled?

Our physicians perform house calls Monday through Friday during daylight hours.  Telephone coverage is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  New patients can be seen within 48 hours of setting an appointment.

Do you accept Medicare?

Yes.  We accept Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and a variety of other health insurance plans.

What areas do you service?

Home visits are available throughout Southeastern Michigan, including Oakland, Macomb, Wayne and other counties.

What if I already have a doctor?

We can serve as consultants to your current physician.  If you have no physician, we can become your personal physician.

What if I require hospitalization?

We will contact your physician or we will provide one of our associated physicians to care for you.  Our medical group maintains affiliations with most major hospitals.  When you are discharged from the hospital we will coordinate ongoing care between your home health agency, our medical group, and other caregivers.
